Spotlessly clean as well and Sarah was a great host. Tiger Lily was a bonus ;)

Very clear and easy self check-in instructions provided; looked exactly the same as what we saw online; much thought and care was put into the design and furnishings of the room; high quality hand soap, body wash and shampoo provided; stair lights (for first 2 flights of stairs) came on automatically when we opened the gate; can open the window in the bathroom; heated towel rack; has shower and a large bathtub; beautiful view of the water and mountains from windows in sleeping room; very quiet area; easy to use the bus system - bus stops nearby

A wonderful little gem in Otaki, perfect location for us as it was down the road from our friends. Will definitely stay here again if we come buy Otaki.

The studio was well designed with everything you need for a stay. Excellent breakfast included, very clean and very comfortable. We would love to return some time and enjoy the beach being so close for walks and swims.
