This place was extremely clean, with huge rooms, a beautiful clean pool, a small but nice kitchen area outside for guest use. This made the place feel more like a home for us that was a big bonus after traveling for 5 months it really makes you appreciate the places that go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The owners and staff here were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, genuine, and really just went above and beyond to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. I sure know we did! We will cherish our lovely time spent here and would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

We extended our stay to make our PADI open water certificate at Cebu Fun Divers which is really close by (3min by motorbike or free pickup by Cebu Fun Divers).

Featuring a garden and views of sea, Ancelle Cristo Re is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Moalboal, a few steps from Basdiot Beach. An amazing stay with wonderful hospitality from the staff. The breakfast (which changes everyday) was absolutely sensational - made in the villa on the premises by the staff and in great quantity - perfect before a full day of canyoneering / exploring nearby waterfalls. Was particularly amazed at the fact there were no mosquitoes in the room for the whole stay - don't know how they've managed this but it made for an even better stay! In addition to staff kindness, any issues (there were barely any) were resolved immediately. E.g., our air-conditioner had a slight issue at 10pm and upon messaging the staff, someone came within 10 minutes to successfully fix it! We wanted to do a day tour of some of the waterfalls and this was swiftly arranged for us for the next day. The room was very large (super comfortable bed) and extremely clean. Many many thanks to Sister Teresa - you made our stay in Moalboal!

Located in Moalboal, 300 metres from Panagsama Beach, Roos Guesthouse has a garden and a terrace. It also features a a bar and a seating/lounge area. We had an amazing stay there! It is close to everything, but also away from the noise at the same time! The owners are such great people, always going the extra mile to make things easy for us (They even packed breakfast and take away coffee for us because we were leaving very early to go to the airport).
