Situated in Gammarth and only 400 metres from La Marsa Beach, VILLA EDO features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Mario & Anne together with Oude, Asma, Kone & staff have created an incredible maison d’hotes. Charmante, peaceful and welcoming. The photos and experience do not do this place justice. I rarely say a place is a hidden gem, but in this case it’s true. Anne & Mario are also the brains & heart behind the global brand Amarante parfums. Villa Edo is lovingly and tastefully designed. My room and the maison d’hote was out of an Elle decor magazine. Breakfasts were sumptuous. Conversations with local guests heart warming and opening. Normally at a bnb/hotel one makes small talk (I hate small talk), but here people shared their profound experiences. Come here if you’re a well travelled person, curious about the world and people. You will leave with many unexpected gifts including more beauty, joy, and peace.
