The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Dolphin Home has a garden and barbecue facilities in Dong Hoi. The property features river and garden views, and is 2.2 km from Nhat Le Beach. It's value for money, our room had all facilities(comfy bed, hot water, hair drier, iron n a cozy balcony) in good condition. That too in prime location, facing the bay with good cafes n restaurants in walking distance. But the best part about Dolphin Homes is its host, Hoai n her husband. They were helpful, accomodating and shared all relevant information to make the most of our time there. They truly lived up to the phrase ‘home away from home’, by not just arranging everything we needed but also anticipating our needs in advance. They helped us with arranging for a scooter, bus tickets n a homely breakfast and then looked out for us by taking us to the bus stop to ensure we made it on time for tge bus!

Situated in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh region, 117 Bà Triệu Homestay is set 2.4 km from Nhat Le Beach. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. - They picked us up from the bus on motorbikes (probably won’t work if you have suitcases but we had backpacks!) - Helped us when we got food poisoning with medicine and bananas - Playing tag with the little kids was fun - Organised a cheap taxi to Dong Hoi for us cos there was no bus for a long time - The view from our room was SPECTACULAR - The bathroom is really big and there was everything we needed - The beds were really big and comfy - Organised cheap scooter for us for 150k per day

This place is like a home away from home! Located between the rice fields with views of the farmed tending their land, walking the cows it’s impossible not to just sit back and relax. The owners are amazing - so friendly and warmhearted. It’s 7 km from the city of Phong Nha but it’s an easy and beautiful to go by bicycle (which is free to use also). The room is simple but comfortable but the pool and the surroundings is like a four star hotel⭐️ If you want the staff cooks an amazing dinner for you every night
