The breakfasts were exceptional- far more provided than a usual continental breakfast- we enjoyed over three days: scrambled eggs, cheese, prosciutto, baked treats (croissants and pain au chocolat) crepes, homemade breads and jams, and fresh fruit with crème fraîche or rice pudding. Also freshly - squeezed orange juice and fabulous café au lait. We really appreciated the comfortable, updated room, beautiful garden and heated pool, as well as the availability of easy-to-ride bicycles which allowed us to explore the town, gorgeous beaches and go to restaurants further afield. The staff, Amandine and Elise, were exceptionally helpful and charming. First rate experience all round!! Highly recommended!!

Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and competent. Breakfast was terrific, with homemade pasteries as well as yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, homemade jams and jellies and more. The house is charming, in an old restored villa with abundant art work and immaculate and modern bathrooms. The location was close to the best beach and walking/bicycling trails on one side, and charming Arcachon center on the other.

+ Martine was absolutely lovely throughout our stay, she came to fetch us at the train station and even drove us to our 1st restaurant on our 1st evening + Breakfast served every morning in the patio was great + Beds were comfy + Room was not too hot and fan did the job perfectly
