It was fantastic the view from the balcony was amazing, the room itself was so comfortable,the bed was comfortable, the host Escha went over and above to make sure we made it to the tram station to get to the Rugby stadium. The location is great - 10min walk to the train station, the sea and various restaurants. The host is AMAZING. We didn't spoke any French but Madam Tissiere made sure it wasn't a problem. She really made every possible thing to make our stay incredible: from the breakfast to the super clean rooms and privacy and even more! The room was cozy, clean and with everything you might need. There were many towels which was great. You have your terrace, room, bathroom and pool. The pool at hot nights was our best friend, it is clean and quite big. We were super happy that we chose this accommodation. Would book again without a doubt!

We loved everything about our stay! The hosts were thoughtful, courteous and kind. The breakfasts were outstanding with home made jams, fresh fruit and home baking. The setting on the terrace, where we ate our breakfasts, looked over the town to the ocean and was tastefully decorated with flowers, with comfortable seating. We were new to the area and the hosts helped us with directions, transportation and recommendations for places to eat and things to see. The free shuttle to town and back ran every 15 minutes and stopped right in front of the hotel. In addition there were a multitude of quality restaurants with spectacular views within 5 minutes walking of the hotel. We can't recommend this Guest House highly enough! We loved it.

The panoramic view of the city of Cagnes sur Mer is beautiful and incredibly nice to enjoy while having breakfast - even better after a little swim in the pool. The breakfast is typically French with croissants, brioche, bread, homemade confitures (jams) & also a little homemade chia pudding - all of it was delicious! As for the room, it's nice & cozy. We slept very well after traveling from Barcelona with my boyfriend, it was perfect. Nicole is very sweet, such a nice & welcoming host. I highly recommend it to anybody who is traveling in the region! Hope to come back again soon :)
