Breakfast was generous - and fresh fruit was lovely. For evening meals, the Kings Arms is a short walk away, and does good beer and decent pub food. For an alternative to pubs, try the Salty Bay Pizza place, a couple of miles away, and very nice pizza and salad

Good location, near Clay Trail (for walking / biking), Wheal Martyn Clay Museum, and train station. Recommend seeing nearby train viaduct (by Brunel) and Menacuddle Well. Comfortable, spacious room; perfectly-done breakfast. Lots of fun books available for reading!

Such a quirky and homely place to have as a base for my needs.. Nikki was very welcoming and the breakfast was just spot on for my needs. The room was very comfortable and also very quirky with lovely furniture (antique). For the price I literally can't fault it...warm and comfy. Added bonus...at least for me... Merlin...the German Shepherd.... probably the Least...no .. infact..the least aggressive German shepherd ever...he is adorable and very much a part of the arches b&b Would definitely recommend staying here.

Property location was very easy to locate and close to shops. Staff (Tim) was very helpful upon arrival, taking us to the holiday home and explaining how the appliances work. The place was very clean and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable. On site parking was easy and private to the cottage. Location was very good as it was close by to other attractions via a car. Furniture was comfortable and rooms very spacious. Gardens were free to walk around and very nice. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

Great location. Close to quiet beach and nice walk to the lovely Charlestown. Nice house. Sea view from upstairs (but not downstairs) Nice touch that they supplied essentials like towels, dishwasher and laundry tablets, coffee etc, and there was a cream tea for us in the fridge! Dog friendly. Nice coastal walks, lovely beaches, and plenty of places to visit in the area.

From the first day to the last the property looked and felt very grande. Everything was clean and tidy. The gardens are beautiful and the spa was a nice touch of relaxation and luxury. The room was lovely and big and had a balcony. The food was excellent. Either room service or dining downstairs, very filling, very tasty, piping hot and well presented. The bed was very comfy and it was quiet where we stayed. The staff had smiles on their faces, were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our very lovely stay.
