Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We received a warm and generous welcome from hosts who were very flexible in rolling with our bike related needs and schedule. Breakfast was lovely, served quickly cooked to order and with lots of choices. The rooms are not large but they are well-appointed and provided with good towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. Lots of stairs, but that's the nature of the charming old Victorian row house. Location is quiet but close to the town center and about 50' from access to the C2C cycle route out of Workington.

Peter and Judith provided us with a wonderful welcome, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast choice was exceptional and the bonus on top of all this is the view, which is something unique to this property. The meticulous presentation of everything is a mark of this guest house.

Breakfast was excellent. Bedroom was very clean and quiet with excellent views over the sea. Location was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very obliging and receptive. I would recommend Croft hill guest house to all.
