It is a steal deal for the price. The property is so serene, awesome and beautifully natural. I bet it would be the best surprise you can give to your partner. Exceptionally good hosts- Mr. Anurag's and his mother's home made food is heavenly.. Anurag was so kind to get a booking for Kalarippayattu and spa for us. Without a second thought, you can go for it. It was beyond my expectations.

The owner of the property Joseph made my stay absolutely outstanding. He took care not only of the room and stay, but gave a full guidance on all sights, organized tours, recommended restaurants, aurveda spas, called a taxi to the airport and even helped with food delivery. Absolutely stellar service, I've never experienced before! Room was very neat and clean. Homemade breakfast was amazing. The area is quiet and green. Location is outside Munnar, however it does not cause any inconvenience - it is easy to get around and reach any sights. Shops, restaurants, ATM, etc are 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive.

From the minute we stepped off the bus, we were warmly welcomed by Silvy and Babu. We were treated like family and each night we sat at the dinner table exchanging life stories while eating delicious and extravagant meals cooked by Silvy. I can honestly say we have had some of the best meals while staying here. On our second day we did a half day hike with Babu. We walked up to a nearby hill and crossed our way into the tea plantations and around town. We also had a cooking class with Silvy and learnt how to cook authentic Kerela fish curry and tapioca. Yum! The accomodation is situated outside of Munnar township (approx 45min walk or 9min Rickshaw drive). after visiting Munnar township, I was extremely pleased with our choice. From the house you have views of the rolling hills and trees. The home is away from the main road so at night all you can hear is the crickets.

Super location with all the eating spots and bus station practically out the front door. I was lucky to have the cute little room on the top floor with a view. The rooftop is a bonus and common area lovely and relaxing with lots of books as well. Staff always super helpful with trecks and assisting with ongoing travel too.

Highly recommend. We booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Unfortunately one of our kids became sick on the day of arrival and 1 family couldn't go. However, they revised our booking without any charge. Totally surprised
