Luca was very kind and provided a fantastic breakfast which was eaten on an outdoor terrace with a view of the tower! . Directions on how to get in were very clear as we didn't arrive until 1am as our flight was delayed. We will definitely be back.

Holy smokes. This was our first stop on our vacation and they set the bar WAY too high. The breakfast was DELIGHTFUL, our host was so kind and accommodating, and our room had an amazing view of the Tower. Earplugs were provided for our use, but I found they weren't necessary. Our host even helped us with parking. He was always very responsive and helpful. Could not have had a better place to begin our vacation.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

We needed a place to stay between the train station and the airport in Pisa. We're good walkers but regardless it was easy to walk from the train station to the property and then from the property to the airport the next day. We had never been to Pisa or to this neighborhood before and realized after getting there that a lot of B&B's are in apartment buildings. This one is extremely clean, nice and friendly. They provided us with helpful information before our arrival.
