We had one room with private bathroom and a small court with separate entrance that was as presented and expected. It was nice that each room had a place to dry the towels and other things used a the beach. The air conditioner was a blessing. There is a small shared garden that we could use for our dog but we were mostly at the dog beach or dog park that are close by. The breakfast was good with serveral options that you have to comunicate to the host the day before that was served in the garden. The cappucino was great. We had a designated place for parking and a key to the automatic gate that made the acess easy. There was a shared kichinette and one row of the fridge assigned to our room that we could use for simple cold meals and to make a cofee.

amazing place to stay! beautiful apartment with two rooms and huge terrace. 5 mins walking from the beach. highly recommended !! as bonus owner’s two friendly cats will visit you from time to time on the terrace.

Perfect little apartment, everything is there what you need, you even get to borrow the bikes to ride to the beach. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located not far from the railway station, so we walked to it. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. Dedicated and kind staff, affordable price and we really liked the breakfast.

The location of La Zattera rooms is extraordinarly perfect since really 30 meters from the beach and from a great Cafè looking at the seaside for delicious breakfast. It is called La Lanterna. La Zattera has a confortable and big garden, sun shaded by big and beautiful maritime pine trees. You can have every meal there in a calm atmosphere. The room is very clean and Sandra, the very kind and always available host, is keen to change towels and bed linens when needed. La Zattera is a great value place for San Vincenzo in August. I will consider again for next time.

The owners is a very friendly family which puts all their heart and love in the B&B. The whole area is created and decorated by themselves. We felt warmly welcomed from the first second. The breakfast is delicious and we could even eat it on our private terrace. It also has a separate dog area, which makes it to the perfect B&B to stay with your dog(s). The B&B is located in a very nice area about 10min by car to the (dog) beach and to San Vincenzo. All in all I can only recommed to book your room there.

Very nice facility with up to-date furnishings and amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff . Excellent Italian style breakfast . Would recommend for someone who wants a quiet stay outside a city environment
