This is a National Heritage building and was still under restoration but could be an excellent place when completed. We were comfortable, the place was clean and surroundings were quiet, the attached terrace was a great place for sitting outside to read and eat. Walking distance to everywhere.

Despite a late arrival due to a concert, the owner was available via WhatsApp, guiding my girlfriend on her way and personally waiting to welcome her. This level of personalized attention is rare and greatly appreciated. Moreover, the owner was extremely understanding regarding the payment issue since I had booked from abroad and could not be there in person. The hospitality extended into a pleasant late-night tea conversation, making my girlfriend feel at home and secure. Casa Bellavista Suites provided an outstanding experience combining comfort, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service. The room was pristine and equipped with all necessities, from a comfortable bed to reliable WiFi and a bathroom with warm water and good flow. The security of the area was also a great relief to us. We would definitely return to this place without hesitation on future visits to San José, whether for business or pleasure.

Had a really good stay here the property is super clean and a well stocked kitchen. The staff were super helpful and attentive. The property was also so good and secure.

Additionally, Fabien went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, got settled into Costa Rica, and literally went above and beyond in every single way to help me with whatever I needed. The home is small, but extremely clean. He was very respectful of my space and my needs and I felt completely safe and comfortable. This is a property I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a day or two in San Jose. His local knowledge and willingness to share that and assist me was truly exceptional. I will encourage any family and friends heading to Costa Rica to start their trip with him.
