We loved the house, the owners were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was very nice and the location of the hotel was perfect - right between the old and new cities of Carcassonne. Private parking was a bonus as was the pretty pool in the rear yard. Many good restaurants in easy walking distance was appreciated.

We liked everything. The property is a newly renovated beautiful building with a well designed garden and a pool. It is owned and run by a wonderful young family who made us feel at home. The room was very clean and luxurious, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The village, Peyriac-de-Mer, is a beautiful and peaceful place where one can relax and rejuvenate. We will definitely come back.

Located in Anduze, within 36 km of Les Grottes des Demoiselles, La tour de Pezene is an accommodation offering quiet street views. Fabulous B&B in an old tour of the city. Large, comfortable room, very calm. Very generous breakfast. A very nice welcome of the host. I would definitely come back !

Set in Cuxac-dʼAude, in a historic building, 21 km from Abbaye de Fontfroide, Villa Maskali is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with an outdoor swimming pool and garden. We had a wonderful time. The owners are very kind and helpful people and care very much about their guests. The room is spotless and the bed and linnings are very comfortable. The pool and garden are well taken care of and cosy.

Le Patio Père Pigne Guestroom in Perpignan provides adults-only accommodation with a rooftop pool, free bikes and a garden. Very quiet location. Sebatien and Michel couldn't have more helpful. The break was fresh every morning, fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh baquettes and croissants. A little out of the centre, but if you don't mind walking it's great.

Offering a garden and garden view, Chambre d'hôte Chez Josie is set in Beaucaire, 25 km from Avignon Central Station and 26 km from Avignon TGV Train Station. Excellent location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with lovely en suite. Outside the room was a lovely terrace where you could enjoy breakfast or a drink. Very clean and well presented. The owner is obviously very thoughtful as well as there are a varied array of tea’s and also proper coffee making facilities in the room as well as leaving 2 bottles of water and a bottle of beer which are above and beyond normal expectations and a very nice touch. It was extremely well priced in comparison to ‘normal’ hotels. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again 10/10. Thank you.

Offering a bar and mountain view, La Masia Del Taulat Chambres d´Hôtes is set in Llo, 7.9 km from Municipal Museum of Llivia and 13 km from Bolquère Pyrénées 2000. The house is full of charm and has unbeatable views of the mountains Cadí and Carlit. The breakfast and dinner spread was some of the best I’ve had in a guesthouse and the hospitality incomparable. Toni and Miguel are amazing hosts who truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, comfortable and well-fed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Maison Riquet offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. Beautiful old home being lovingly restored, comfortable bed, large room, good lighting, excellent pool, delicious breakfast, and wonderful hosts. One of the best places we've stayed in our travels.
