The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

BOUTIQUE ROOMS Mare Fabulas ligger i Rovinj, 2,5 km från Porton Biondi strand och 2,8 km från Biondi strand. We had a short (two nights) stay in these lovely rooms. Our spacious room had its own bathroom and balcony with a wonderfully comfortable bed and great shower. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It is only a short walk into the old town of Rovinj which is very picturesque with lots to see and do including a beautiful walk to the new harbour and further to an amazing forest. Our host was so helpful - I would absolutely recommend these delightful rooms.
