The place was beautiful and extremely well maintained. It was serene and has a fully covered courtyard in the the center where you can eat breakfast or have tea every morning (the photos on the site are very accurate). The individually-portioned breakfast was awesome, very generous, and changed on a daily basis. I also loved the fresh ginger tea they served in the evenings. In terms of location, you can get to Malioboro via a $2 cab ride (or you can walk 20-30min to get there). It's super easy to get cabs in Yogyakarta. There's also a convenience store right outside on the main road, and the guest house is a 3min walk away from Tempo Gelato (a popular dessert place). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Bambang, who is such a kind person and always there when we needed something.

Griya Asih asub Yogyakartas, kõigest 1,2 km kaugusel Sultani paleest. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. Sonobudoyo muuseum jääb 1,7 km kaugusele. Kohapeal on ühisköök. Maria was excellent with helping us with transportation and things to do and where to eat. Bram was also very attentive to our needs at breakfast. We were there for 3 nights and each morning was a different delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. The location was ideal for walking to the sites. Other than morning prayer at 4:45, it’s a very quiet location.

The staff really goes over their way to help you out. I'm so happy this was my first hostel in my trip to Indonesia. I loved everything, the room is clean, nice bads, spacious locker, good bathrooms, spacious showers (they say they don't have hot water, but the temperature of the water is super fine even without heating). The breakfast was delicious, the decorations and common rooms are super, but the staff really was just top. They even helped me with arranging the rest of my trip, even when I wasn't a host anymore.

NOMORE Gallery and Guesthouse asub Yogyakarta Kratoni linnaosas, vähem kui 1 km kaugusel Sonobudoyo muuseumist, 13-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Vredeburgi kindlusest ja vähem kui 1 km kaugusel... Lala and Rolly were really lovely and helpful! Also delicious breakfast and very nice coffee.

Välibasseini ja mäevaatega Blue Garden Yogyakarta on hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja, mis asub Yogyakartas, 11 km kaugusel Sonobudoyo muuseumist. It is out in a rural area well outside the city. Very peaceful and relaxing. Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!

Ndalem Suryo Saptono Guest House asub Yogyakartas, 2,7 km kaugusel Yogyakarta Tugu raudteejaamast, 3,1 km kaugusel Tugu monumendist ja 3,1 km kaugusel Malioboro ostukeskusest. Did not have breakfast as I’m allergic to eggs.

Yogyakartas asuvas majutusasutuses Rumah Desa Homestay on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ning pakutakse valikut Indoneesia hommikusööki. WiFi-ühendus ja parkimine on tasuta. This is an amazing place if you want to immerse yourself into local culture. The host family was extremely helpful and provided me with lots of local experiences and ideas. If possible ask the host to help you with a ride to the airport or your next destination. I did and he was more of a local tour than transport. Can’t recommend this family enough.

ViaVia Guesthouse asub Yogyakartas, 15-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel elavast Malioboro ostutänavast ja Yogyakarta paleest. Hotellis on tasuta internetiühendus, kohvik ja moodsa sisustusega toad. The highlight of this place are the people who work there. All the girls and guys at the reception are kind, smiling and ready to help with anything you ask (I needed to visit a dentist for a broken tooth when I was there...). They speak good English. The second highlight is the garden, with beautiful plants and cozy seating, and a pool if you want to cool down. Breakfast is not included with the dorm bed, it's Rp 35k (sweet toast or omellette), included if you book a private room. If you are leaving early like we did for Borobudur, they will get up at 5am to make you a fresh breakfast to take with you. Coffee and tea is available the whole day, as well as water refill. The shower has warm water. There are also kitchen utensils, plates/cups if you want to prepare your own food. Book early, it is a popular place. I wanted to extend and they were booked, had to find another place nearby for my last night in Jogja. But the reception girls told me I can still come by to hang out in the garden, which I did! Great place.

Svarna Padi asub Grigakis, Tugu monumendist 23 km kaugusel. Basseinivaatega majutusasutusel on bassein ja aed. Hommikusöögiga majutusasutusel on privaatne sissepääs. Room is clean & comfortable, food is great, view is excellent. Hospitality of the owners are amazing
