This place was 35 mins away from the train station by walking. You can use the bus but it may be easier to come by driving. The best thing about this stay is kindness of our host. He gave us a ride to the train station anytime we need.

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Location is great ,near Station and restaurant. Staff very nice service. Facilities is good.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare là một tòa nhà có từ thế kỷ 14 nằm trong Vườn Quốc gia Cinque Terre, cách bờ biển nhiều đá của làng Riomaggiore 50 m. Paola and Albero were very helpful from the moment we booked to even days after our stay! They coordinated so much for our stay which made it very stress free! They are both very knowledgeable about Cinque Terre and provided us with a lot of great information and assistance from parking, trails, and advice for the ticket for train and ferry. We loved the location, right on the marina close to everything. The room was super. We loved our short stay in Scorci d Mare and would happily make this our base hotel for 5Terre again.

It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

The room was beautiful and spacious, well-thought and designed and on a very high standard! The bed was comfortable and with a “real” blanket. The location was excellent - at walking distance from the train station as well as to the center. Communication was very polite and smooth. We absolutely recommend this place!

A 5-minute walk from the train station, there is a supermarket on the same street and a bar 2 meters away for breakfast. The owner Esmeralda is very friendly, pleasant and willing to help. I recommend it 100%.
