Situated within less than 1 km of Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple and 3.1 km of Alleppey Lighthouse, Kalappura Houseboats & Tours features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in... We are a couple and went to Alappuzha/Alleppey and asked our host for a boattrip. Fortunately we found Jose Kalappura, he organized a convenient tailormade experience on two private traditional boats with modern facilities. We were lucky, because beforhand we didn't know the difference between cheaper tours on big boats vs. smaller boats with individual trip and different private experience. We startet with a tour on a small boat and went through smaller channels having local Breakfast, bigger boats can't pass there. Ad 12:00 we skipped on a different boat with private panoramic area on the first floor. We where alone, a really romantic trip. Having typical local fresh Lunch cooked on board by a chef, we stopped on the course for sightseeing. After a slow trip on a quite channel we could see a beautyful sunset and we had Dinner. We had a good Night in a full equipped clean room as we would expect in a city hotel. Our Captain found a good spot away from the busy areas where we enjoyed a beautyful sunrise. After a local Breakfast we left the boat with a big smile because of this outstanding experience. Thanks again to Jose and the Crew.

Aside from a very accommodating, staff facilities are well maintained and clean❤️room was nice, meets more than my expectation. They have a nice upper deck with nice comfortable chairs and cushions.. Overall it was a great experience i really enjoyed the trip

L'Xandari Riverscapes fornisce un flotta di barche che percorrono il lago Vembanad e gli stagni di Alleppey. Le case galleggianti sono ormeggiate nei pressi del Ponte Pallathuruthy. 10, 100, 1000 stelle!!! accoglienza perfetta, discreta gentile e attenta. Siamo stati solo una notte in una barca con una camera doppia, avrebbe meritato di certo almeno due notti. Se il costo non è troppo elevato consiglio la barca con una camera: lo spazio ad esclusiva disposizione è enorme e curatissimo. tutto molto pulito. il paesaggio è da sogno. Un cuoco cucina pranzo, cena e colazione: tutto buonissimo. Abbiamo acquistato gamberi e granchi da un pescatore e li ha cucinati per cena. La sera al buio c'è un silenzio irreale. Il personale è veramente ottimo. ci tornerò, non perdete questa occasione, tra le cose migliori fatte in Kerala.

Located in Alleppey, 6.6 km from Alappuzha Railway Station and 18 km from Ambalapuzha Sree Krishna Temple, IndraprasthamLakeCruise offers a terrace and air conditioning. It was as per our expectation - worth the money and clean. The helpers were all sweet and flexible. The rooms were good and cozy. A good option for a group of 5-6 people. Very comfortable for my family.

Offering lake views, Grand Villa Houseboat is an accommodation situated in Kumarakom, 44 km from Kochi Biennale and 44 km from Cochin Shipyard. I spent a very relaxing two nights on the houseboat, spending the first day travelling south and spending the night next to the rice paddy islands, then the second day returning along the other coastline. The food was consistently fantastic, with absolutely massive portions 😅

One of the coolest travel things we have done,we absolutely loved Tharas Houseboat the food was so good and the crew members were kindly behaviour, we are so lucky and glad that we found this place,the room was suberb especially aircondition was superb working. We have taken two nights with Tharas Houseboat it was our really good , we highly reccomend this place , everybody should try .Thank you

Un esperienza che tutti DEVONO fare! Hanno un approccio molto ecologico utilizzano tutte cose riutilizzabili limitando l’uso di plastica, Staff gentilissimo e ultra attento, cucina ottima e Tour Bellissimo. Si sono offerti di prenotare il taxy per il ritorno e Durante il check-in vedendo che era il giorno del mio compleanno a nostra insaputa ci hanno fatto trovare una buonissima e bellissima torta per festeggiare con loro. CONSIGLIATISSIMO! ————— English: It was one of the best experience of our life! They hug an ecological and ricycle policy wich cut the use of plastic! The staff was really polite and the food on the boat amazing! We really looking forward to come back! Moreover during the check-in they notice that it was my birthday and they surprise us with a wonderful and really tasty cake! I really recommend this tour to everyone who wanna comes here!
