The apartment is located in a closed complex near the main road (10 mins on foot from the ski lifts). Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the area. There are some green spaces in the compex with wooden sittings. Everything is very well maintained. At the reception there is a coffee and a vending machine. Nearbay is a small store. The apartment itself is new, very clean, brand new and full of equipment. You will find everything you need in the kitchenette - kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, etc. The bedroom consists of a big and comfortable bed and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. The living room has a big sofa and a TV. There is a small balcony with a great view at the woods where you can sit and enjoy the view. The host was very responsive and polite. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was fine and we were ok.

Everything was great in the hotel - good location, delicious food in the restaurant, spa center in the hotel and very close by the skiing area. The facilities are new, modern and very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and the host was definitely taking care of the details too. Communication was good and the hotel staff was very kind. Definitely recommend and we would like to come back!

Gabriela and Mario were perfect hosts who ensured we had everything we needed. Rooms were exceptional for a skiing holiday, very clean, comfortable beds, powerful showers, cleaned every day - superb! breakfast was good with a selection of cereals / meats / cheeses and hot food selection. Evening meals very good too. Some of the group made use of Sauna and loved that being available.

Just a quick drive into centre of Borovets ski village which was great for us to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle but close enough. FYI taxis in and out are 20 lev and all the drivers were very friendly. The host’s communication was beyond expectations. She was so friendly and hospitable, answering any questions super quickly. The price is very cheap particularly considering the fact that it is in a ski resort. The location is great, and away from any noise in the centre of town. It is a little walk to the slopes/restaurants, but not huge. Hot and powerful showers.
