Andrea was such a fantastic and welcoming host! So kind and friendly, he truly made the one night we spent there memorable! The check in and check out process was very easy and the breakfast was just perfect on the outside terrace in the sun! He upgraded us to a beautiful room facing the lake. The common areas are so well thought out and the boutique hotel has a very relaxed vibe, which we loved! Highly recommend this place for singles, couples or families!

Our host was really friendly. He came as soon as we called to give us the keys and show us the appartement. We felt really welcomed. The apartment is really nice, beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home. Its location is also amazing, really close to the center of Locarno, but still very quiet at night. Sabrina, Dalila and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We were there for our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make it extra special for us. We felt relaxed, at ease, and easily could have stayed longer. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, as was evidenced by the many couples we saw there. Spectacular views, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast every morning. Can't recommend it enough!
