The location was perfect, close to the Gondola, grocery store, train station and some restaurants. The garage was very convenient. Fred was really friendly and flexible. We arrived earlier than expected and he let us check in 5 hours before check in time. The appartment was really practical, nice coffee, very good shower, nice bed, a seperate room to store our ski and snowboard. It was more than we expected. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was huge and had everything you might need and I mean everything... The hosts Doris and Simon are very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. The views from the balcony are amazing, several waterfalls can be seen including the famous Riechenbach Falls. I had the misfortune to leave a rug sack at the property when I left and had resigned myself to the fact it was "lost" however Doris exceeded my expectations and arranged for the rug sack to be sent to the last place we were staying before heading back to the UK. She even called the hotel to let them know to expect it. Yes it was in my room when I arrived. Doris even found the earring I lost and sent it back with the rug sack. Now that's what I call exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend the hosts and the property. Thank you Doris and Simon for all your help and for a very enjoyable stay in Meiringen

Very clean. Decorated with passion which you can see in al the details. The housekeeper (Louise) went the extra mile to help us. The location is amazing near to the train station and local attractions. The flat is well prepared for a long stay with all the facilities to cook and clean. They even provided umbrellas in case if it rains and some skiing boards. The owner met us with a smile and offered assistance if required.

El apartamento superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Muy limpio, súper completo y acogedor. Tenía de todo, como estar en tu propia casa. Teníamos hasta barbacoa eléctrica en la terraza. Werner, el dueño, muy amable, nos recomendó muchas cosas que hacer en la zona, además de un código QR con descuentos para actividades en la región. Al llegar teníamos una bandeja llena de productos de la zona, riquísimos. Ideal para pasar unos días en los Alpes Suizos (incluso para quedarse a vivir). Aparcamiento cubierto muy cómodo. Supermercados y estación a unos 5 minutos.

A very comfortable stay in a convenient location that is about 5 to 10 mins walk from Meiringen station. Ursula was a very friendly and thoughtful host who made my stay there extra enjoyable. I had the luxury of a fully functional kitchen with the much valued expresso making machine. I also enjoyed dining at the small table outside of the property while admiring the mountain view.
