The apartments were clean, and had all the items we needed for our short stay - towels, dishes, dish soap. The location is within easy walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and the bus station. Keyless entry was a plus, and we were able to store our luggage while we trekked in Los Torres. BUT - the best part was our host, Ceci. She was pleasant and efficient, and communicated brilliantly with us over WhatsApp to help us coordinate our late arrival/early departure outside of business hours. We cannot say enough about how positive this experience was. Perfect!

It is located on the main street of Puerto Natales easily walkable to everything and not too far from the bus station so you can go into Torres del Paine very easily.
