What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December 2023. Fantastic and friendly host who went above and beyond to work with our schedule. Breakfasts were good and varied. Room was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of space. View on the balcony was fantastic, we enjoyed that multiple times. Location is easy enough to walk to different parts of town, including the bus station. Out of the four places we stayed during a recent trip to both Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales, this was our favorite, possibly our favorite from the past year even. Highly recommended!

Very friendly owner! Helpful and interested and willing to share the information you need and more. The breakfast was amazing! Very clean room and cleaned every day. The shared living room is also very nice. Busstation about 15 minutes walk. And if you do not want to walk, taxi or Uber available for little amount. Great stay.
