The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in a very quiet, wooded, private area. There is a jacuzzi on the patio that was very enjoyable to use. I was traveling and having difficulty with my international phone connection so I wasn't able to communicate easily on the day of arrival but managed to connect with them to coordinate getting the key. The location is about 10 minutes from Billund. The taxi ride was about $40 USD which is a lot for a short ride so if you are planning a trip nearby and do not have a rental car, then don't plan for many trips back and forth to the apartment. Since I didn't have a car and didn't have a chance to get food beforehand, I ordered delivery and there was only one restaurant that was delivering late at night (Mama's pizza). It was good! But I for sure would have planned to bring more since it is not located near any restaurants or businesses.

The apartment was clean and really cute. It fit our family of five really well. The location was minutes from The Lego House and Legoland. Great breakfast (cost extra but worth it), and a lot of room outside for kids to run.

Kurt, the host, personally greeted us when we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly throughout our 4-night stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the place was very homely. There were even boxes of lego for the kids to have fun with and swings outside. We particularly liked the fact that the hosts were living right next door in a separate house so we could approach them when we had questions but still maintained our privacy. It was only a 10-minute drive to Billund (Legohouse, Legoland, Lalandia, Netto, etc.) yet we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings. FYI, there is a washer and dryer but they aren't in the apartment. Kurt would willingly show you where they are.

Outstanding. I don't really think there is much more to say. Thank you. Reviews that discuss distance from the town etc. It is perfectly walkable or bikeable. Yes, it is a main road but barely any traffic and totally safe. I would recommend hiring a bike as Billund is set up for cyclists. I shall be back, very soon.

Normally they should live the towers and bed sheets at the holiday home ready for the customers. I was not a very good experience for the price that we payed . They should advice it before , if we know we would booked a hotel , stay a holiday home . the price would worth it better . but was a nice place and the Lalandia is a very nice place to expend the weekend, with nice water park we enjoyed a lot .
