We recently stayed at this apartment in the Gudauri and were very impressed with the experience. The apartment is located in new Gudauri near most important funiculars, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It's perfect for skiing lovers. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to our messages and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in Gudauri.

She was always available to answer any questions and provide valuable insights about Gudauri. Tamar's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel at ease, creating a positive atmosphere for the entire stay. The apartment itself was nothing short of perfect. Situated at an ideal location, Twins #144 offered breathtaking views of Gudauri and the surrounding mountains. The interior of the apartment was equally impressive—bright, clean, cozy, and warm. It was evident that Tamar takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and immaculate space for her guests. One of the standout features of the apartment was the attention to detail. The best place in New Guduari for couples who like to be at the center but not to hear all the noise at night ! Great location for skiing (5min walking to cable car), near supermarket and restaurants. internet works very well, smartTv, hot room (in contrast to other places which dont heat well). Every little item is thought of, from a rug to feet at the enterance, through coffee/tea, oil and salt till an extra blanket and a place to put clothes and soap when you take a shower. Responsive owner who helps and answers immidately. Great for a long stay as it even have wsshing machine and extra garbage bags. Finally a place in New Gudauri which pays attention to all the details. Highly recommend.
