Located in Motovun, 24 km from Aquapark Istralandia and 20 km from Pazin Castle, Teta San provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Landlord Nena is very friendly and approachable. Room and facilities are clean and comfortable. Location is great, Motovun is in the walking distance from the house, about 20 minutes by foot. View from the terrace is amazing. Good value for money.

Renatta was a lovely, helpful, friendly host. The apartment was huge, with a great little balcony overlooking the hillside. Wonderful location. We absolutely loved it.

We stayed in a room with balcony and views, sunset are exceptional. 🤩 The room itself is quite big and clean, equiped with a fridge, electric kettle and wine glasses. As a pleasant surprise, there was a large comfy bath thub and the bathroom was big as well.

This is THE place to be in Motovun. The people who run this fantastic B&B truly communicate. Slavin will pick you up from the (free) parking lot at the bottom and drive you up to the top so you don't have to struggle with transportation and luggage!!! The breakfast terrace overlooking the countryside is the nicest in town! The rooms are as comfortable as you could wish (A/C) and so quiet I slept like a log! The breakfast buffet, the provided transportation, the comfort, and the incredible terrace make this THE place to be!
