The bungalow was very comfortable and cosy, located in the woods. Fairytale and very romantic place. There is a queen size bed, video option with movies, table and small kitchen inside. The bathroom was enough big. We will recommend for dinner the Eyri restaurant on the lake, only 10 minutes away from the property. It´s a gourmet one (higher price level) but all very tasty with an excellend wine choice. Near Akureyri we will highly recommend also to visit the Forest Lagoon (thermal baths).

Hrimland is the perfect home away from home. It has comfy beds, a nice view of the hills and the fjord, a fully equipped kitchen, a telly with BBC (most accomodations only had RÚV...), a washing machine and tumble dryer, underfloor heating, and a parking space in front of the building. That's even better than at home, I must admit. Also, the communication with the owner was very uncomplicated.
