Offering a garden and garden view, Greystone summerhouse is located in Egilsstadir, 37 km from Hengifoss and 22 km from Gufufoss.

The property is cosy and very beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s also located close to the city, just a 5 min drive from the nearest departmental store. We loved it so much! The best part was that we saw the northern lights from the house. 100% recommend.

The accommodation looks really nice and cozy; the kitchen is very well equipped (toaster, dishwasher, stove, water heater) Heated floor is a very nice touch. Self check was another thing that we really appreciated.

The property is located in beautiful and natural surroundings. one of our best stays in Iceland! to top it all the owner Asdis is a wonderful person who had great tips and was always available for help. She makes yummy chia and fruit yoghurt! The property has a hot tub in the beautiful outdoors and we had the most relaxing time enjoying it! A must go place if you plan to be in the area!
