The staff in Palazzo is very professional, especially its manager, Leonardo, who is very reliable as a contact person and responds to his guests' needs immediately. Travelling alone in a company of my dog, I felt very welcomed, and the presence of my pet was absolutely no issue! On the contrary, I felt like being at home. Encara que no hi ha personal presencial per fer el checking, varem estar molt ben atesos "on line" per Sr. Pier. En tot moment va estar en contacte amb nosaltres, resolent els dubtes. Ens va aconsellar un bon restaurant ( La Tana del Polpo) a on varem sopar cuina local molt bona. Per despiste nostre no varem trobar uns dolços típics i frescos del dia que formaben part de l'esmorzar.

Hi ha estació de metro a 5-10 minuts a peu per anar al centre de Bari. L'Antonello i la Rosella molt amables i atents.
