A beautiful escape sitting on the hills above Monopoli. Quiet home on a large piece of land with fruit (fig, cherry, pear, ...) and olive trees. We were able to find a handful of ripe cherries and the kids loved picking them. Large parking area for bigger cars. The units are modern and decorated very nicely. The hosts are amazing! Very helpful, kind, and have a love for their guests. Breakfast was very nice and included some home made treats from the host. Capsule coffee machine and hot milk warmer along with stocked fridge with milk, juices, water, yogurts. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were traveling with 2 young kids and they slept great! Amazing local restaurant only 2 minutes drive up the street. Wifi was good. Great location to visit the area such as the beaches at Capitolo, zoo safari at Fasano, the historic city of Alberobello and more. Amazing find and not far from the main road SS16. Worth a stop if you are traveling through. We will definitely stay here again!

The setting and view of Monopoli and the sea were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I think this was a great value especially if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing rural setting. The breakfasts were good but for the time of year(early April), it was a little chilly as service was outdoors. Because of the pool and beautiful grounds, this facility would be best in warmer months. Francesco was a wonderful host, lived on sight and was very helpful as we got settled.

For a reasonable price we got fully equipped villa with a nice outdoor pool and beautiful surrounding garden. Free prarking was available. We also appreciated the hospitality of the owner (Michele), who was very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We definitely would recommend this place.

On the terrace you'll find silence, relax and a seaview. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the city center.
