Everything! We had returned from multiple days of hiking in cold and rainy weather, so we were relieved to stay in a cozy, warm, and peaceful place. Our private twin room had a view of the garden and mountains, a comfy bed, a hot shower and clean bathroom, and plenty of space. We enjoyed the morning coffee and always-available water and tea, the fresh and delicious breakfast, and the relaxing and quiet common spaces. The host was also very welcoming. I don't think there is anything that could be better than what the Argo Guesthouse offers: beautiful room with good bedside reading lamps; superior linens; bathrobes; great bathroom; spotlessly clean; private veranda; great breakfast. I've paid far more for accommodation that is inferior to the Argo. I very highly recommend this guesthouse!

I booked for 1 night, but I extend for 3 nights. This was my best stay in Kyrgyzstan! The owner is really friendly and helped me with organizing my trip. I arrived early in the morning and he offered me breakfast and I could check in early. I really loved the place. Very cozy and home feeling. The bed is also very comfortable. The family that owns the guesthouse are some of the kindest and most genuine people you will ever meet. They are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming that you will immediately feel like part of the family. They gave me several rides, invited me to join them for dinners, and I really enjoyed chatting with them and getting to know them. As others have mentioned, the guesthouse is under construction. However, this didn't diminish any comfort. Everything is super clean, there's plenty of hot water, and the wifi works great. I can't recommend this place highly enough. It was my favorite stay during my two months in Kyrgyzstan!
