Where to begin. This was by far my favorite experience in Cambodia. Living with this amazing family was so exciting! Now, you can’t be expecting luxury, 5 stars etc, but when you’re ready to fully dive into a local family’s life & home, then look no further. Pov and his wife & kids are so welcoming & kind and try their best to make your stay perfect. I didn’t have time to do big jungle treks, so instead, Pov took me around the area, visiting the best spots, and let me hang out with him and his friends in the evenings! Him and his wife also made sure I wasn’t starving, and even cooked vegan meals for me. I loved my time here and would definitely come back! Maybe in the future! Choul mouy my friend!

The Tribal Village Homestay is a wonderful little oasis! The property is gorgeous, and you really feel like you are far from civilization. You're not far from the center of Banlung, just a few minutes on a motorbike. The hospitality is exceptional. The host will answer all your questions and help you arrange anything you want. I ended up staying in the two person bungalow, which was very comfortable and clean. You are staying in a bungalow, though, so if you are sensitive to light and sound I would recommend bringing an eye mask and ear plugs. Staying here was one of the highlights of my time in Ratanakiri province, and I 100% recommend it to others.

The family is very welcoming and friendly. I felt at home the first day. Good hospitality. Very helpful to help you organize everything (tuk tuk , trekking etc). The guests was very friendly too. Waw! First I want to review the people who are running this place, Ney and Vuti. They are just amazing, here the word "homestay" takes on its full meaning. They take care of you like you were part of their family, and you meet the family, mother, kids, nieces etc... the atmosphere is lovely, and with my experience of traveling in South East Asia there are not many places where you feel so welcomed 😍 Thank you so much for these moments of joy! Secondly I want to talk about the trek in the jungle, I've done the 3 days 2 nights. What an amazing experience!!! Smey, our guide, was the most knowledgeable person! He is passionate about his job, he knows so many things about nature, life in the jungle, history of Cambodia and much much more. He was never tired and always happy to share all his knowledge with us. I can only fully recommend this amazing human being for your next adventure in the jungle😍 Thank you, thank you, thank yoooooooouuuu!!!

Family House and Trekking is a must visit in Ban Lung, the homestay is relaxing and welcoming with great places to hang out. Pu Thea and his family help with getting around town, jungle trekking, and make amazing meals.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Happy Guesthouse. The room was spacious, the neighborhood was cozy, and the owner was very welcoming. Indeed, I embarked on an adventurous route recommended by the guesthouse owner, which took me through the Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park. It was an unforgettable experience, cycling through savannah-like landscapes and passing by multiple tribal villages. Thanks for the tips! It was fantastic.

We had the happiest stay at the family guesthouse, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The family took great care of us and made us feel at home, we can say we will miss them! The guesthouse is a fantastic value for money, and the food is among the best we tried in Cambodia, delicious and plenty. The location is beautiful, with great views and at a convenient situation to visit the main attractions. In a cosy restaurant next to the guesthouse their delicious tradicional grandma's noodle soup is served and is worth a try. Thank you for everything, it has been a pleasure to spend some time with the family at your beautiful place :)
