The Apartment is really a cosy place to enjoy the holiday. It has a playful and family charm from its big children play area in the middle. From the collecting the keys to the checkout, it was a good experience. (The owner itself come to receive us to the Airport, and it was very kind gesture to us.) The apartment is located easy access to the city centre and facilities were exactly match as it mentioned in booking.com. The Magnum supermarket is very nearby with a 3 min of walkable distance, made our stay more comfortable and homelike experiences.

It is an apart-hotel, a comfortable warm flat with everything you need (incl. a washing machine and an electric dryer). There is also a stunning view of the city because the hotel is on the 38th floor. The breakfast starts at 8:00 am; you should choose the specific time and the type of the breakfast in the evening and the next morning it will be brought to your room. The staff is responsive and is always at the reception. WhatsApp +77776065619. The entrance to the hotel is on the Dostyk street; you should get to the second floor and go straight along the hall. The first entrance (it is on the right) leads to the middle-height building, and further the next entrance (it is on the left) leads to the highest one, which is where the hotel is. Outside the building complex, from the east side, there is a Kazakh cuisine restaurant "Saksaul". It starts working at 9:00 am. The food is delicious, and the prices are normal. Next to the building complex there is a shopping center "Keruen" with a large grocery store. We enjoyed everything, there were no inconveniencies. The hotel was better than an another ordinary 4* hotel we have previously been to Astana.
