Communication is easy - the host has organized that you get everything even if the reception is empty. The hosts are always available via phone and respond immediately. The room was cozy and warm, which is the most important thing in winter for me. The whole venue is clean, and there is a kitchen at your disposal.

Very nice and big room with comfortable bed. The place is new, modern and clean and the host is really friendly.

The appartment is located just next to the Monastery in a quiet street. Berovo central square is in a walking distance too. The host family was very friendly and helped us with every issue. The communication was easy. The appartment is quite spacious and there is a lovely fireplace in the living room you need to take care of in colder nights. Nice surroundings - Berovo Lake, waterfalls etc. We did enjoy our days there!
