Location, location, location: While not in the city center, it's only 2 blocks from the bus/tram lines, a 10-12 minute ride to the center, and opera house. Also a short walk to the National Museum and those sites. Sidewalks were not too icy, when we arrived, and they were clear by the time we left 4 days later. Having the washer was essential, and clothes dried in a few hours on the provided rack. Communication was great, we received a message that we could enter the apartment an hour or two before the usual time, so we could figure out how to use the lock app while it was still light outside. Hint use Google translate if you don't speak Norwegian, because there are three locks that need to be opened. Once you figure it out, it's really efficient. Property is clean, in great condition, and even has an elevator. When we return to Oslo, will definitely rent again if available.

From booking to departure our host Ingeborg was welcoming, informative, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was extremely well appointed with lots of personal elements that made the stay feel like home. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable, shower worked well, tv streaming and allocated parking bay. Washing and drying facilities were an added bonus. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and only 10mins from city centre. Great place to stay totally recommend. Is as per advertised photos

The hosts was very nice and helpful. Close by are two stores for groceries additional to a bigger shopping center, included Peppes Pizza, Mc Donalds, and some smaller kebab shops. Although they also live in the villa, they let us use their kitchen, which is wonderfully renewed, to prepare our meals. Also other living rooms are open for guests. We really felt at home. The villa is very well connected to the city by car, but we used our bikes, it is a save and easy ride into the city. But also the islands nearby are nice to visit. We stayed 4 nights and had a very good time.
