The place was so wonderful and we had such a nice time! There was always fresh (and really good!!) coffee in the morning, also there were softdrinks and water in the fridge. The room was really clean! The breakfast was in a little Cafe a 2 minutes walk away. Everything we needed was in a short walking distance, like 10 minutes to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

EVERYTHING! Bev was awesome. She instantly made us feel welcome and even invited us to join her for dinner. Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful. We will be booking again on our next trip to Indy.

Our priorities were having a kitchen, being close to the city center, free parking, and being "non-smoking". Everything turned out just like that, in addition, we got great pleasure to spend time in this cozy place, perfectly equipped, with a wonderful interior, everything we like. For those who are looking for a place to stay, this is a very good choice. Contact with the owners of the provided housing was positive. We liked. Dined at a brewery within walking distance.
