The cottage has a spacious garden with a beautiful view of the Drakensberg mountains. You have access to a well-equipped kitchen, but I highly recommend barbecueing. As mentioned, there are two rooms, each with a shower. Everything is very clean and tidy, and is also nicely cleaned every day. Thumbs up for the cleaning services. The hostess is helpful and provides plenty of information on things to do. I would say, go for a walk and explore.

I loved just sitting on my deck of my glamping tent and listen to the wind in the trees and the birds. Tents were very comfortable, good bed, beautiful bathroom and I woke up on a cold morning where I made a fire and took a warm bath, a relaxing place to be. Staff is very kind. There’s one gamedrive per day included where nature is beautiful, there are no elephants but this means beautiful trees. You can book a drive to see rock art of earlier people. Food is very good, creative with great combinations of tastes and spices. We were sad to leave.

Peaceful and Quite with complete overview of the Drakensberg range-Absolutely Magnificent and Spioenkop Dam close by, walking distance from Dalmore. We really liked our stay here. We wanted a spacious place where we would have independence, and this is just what we got. The cottage is large, with a living room, a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed. Everything was clean and functioning. Shower was great too. The views in the morning are fantastic. There's a walk nearby but we didn't get to do it because of weather. In terms of location, we wanted a place that was not too far to both Cathedral peak and the Sentinel Hike. This place is about 1-1:30 to both those places, which is probably the best compromise you can get.

The view is stunning. It beats all the resorts in the area including the fancier ones. I've stayed at the cavern and Alpine heath before and I liked this one better because of the stunning view of the mountain and the river. Nothing beats that

Absolute gem hidden in the mountains. staff were amazing. Our children loved it and my wife was delighted. "Happy wife - happy life' :-) I would most certainly retunr and recommend this to travellers
