We had such a relaxing time, chilling in the hammock under the garden’s apple trees, eating Rosane’s delicious food, having a walk around the nearby lake and sleeping very comfortably in our bedrooms. The owners are also extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable house in a quite area close to the center. Very good value for money and there is a good breakfast on offer. I will stay again here next time in Sevan.

They are very helpful in every situation, and the location is also great for having a calm and relaxing vacation. Their homemade honey and cheese make the experience at their place even more incredible. The Lake Sevan is not far away, and there is also a beautiful mountain top which you can get to. Every Sunday there is a market not far from the town, to which the host took us so we could buy fresh fruits and more. There are also small stores in Lichk itself where you can get what you need. Overall, it was a very fulfilling experience and we will surely come back again.

The territory is a large green lawn, nice to see among the yellow landscape at the end of summer.

The villa was comfortable, clean, and perfect to enjoy a weekend with friends. We will definitely stay there when we come back!
