This beautiful studio and its lovely garden (including a secret little spot in the back) felt so Zen. The welcoming touches, flowers, furnishings and accessories, beautiful bathroom products, comfortable bed with quality linens were so lovely - I could go on and on. The host Lynne checked to be sure we had everything we needed. We met her briefly and she was warm and so welcoming. This was a very memorable stay in a charming town with easy and quick access to the wondrous Blue Mountains. If it is available, book it!

The property is soundproof and is located 1.4 km from Katoomba Scenic World. we liked everything abt the place. it was super clean, super organized & the host thought of everything. there were fresh flowers, heated electric blankets for every bed, heater in every room. there was proper amenities provided (soap/shampoo/conditioner) and a nice deck with a nice view as well as a trampoline which the kids loved.

Very comfortable beds. Great views. Very clean throughout. Nothing in want. We were surprised to see jam, butter & milk in the refrigerator, with a full ice tray which was very welcoming.

This was an absolute oasis and I can't recommend it highly enough. In a relaxing,and peaceful location with loads of living and dining space to enjoy. The breakfast was the best ever. Every detail of this property is excellent and lovingly cared for by our amazing hosts. We wish we had stayed longer and had a chance to make the most of this immaculate accommodation and explored more of the beautiful mountains.

The bed and breakfast provides mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Marjory and Greg are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming the location was amazing, with great views and so so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Great breakfast and if you go for the evening meal, the lamb shanks were amazing. Kangaroos visited the farm in the evening, and wild life is abundant. A must visit is to the Bathurst motor racing circuit near by, it’s all public roads so you can drive it, just get the low down from Greg a really knowledgeable petrol head. Thanks to you both Marjory and Greg, glad we stayed with you for those two night 😀
