Everything worked seamlessly, there were step by step instructions from how to get into the building and room, to the coffee machine.One of the cleaners was such a polite and friendly person. Located close to the center of Pokolbin and perched on the side of a hill, the view from the balcony was beautiful. If I had visited in Spring/Summer, I would have spent all my time on the balcony. Complimentary transfer from the bistro to the villa was a lifesaver. The villa was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Added touches of fresh milk and complimentary wine were just a bonus.

The cabin was very clean, comfortable and we even were lucky enough to see some kangaroos in the morning jumping past in the bushes outside. Upon arrival, there was a delicious breakfast box ready for us for the morning and a bottle of champagne which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable!
