Everything was exeptional. The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

BOUTIQUE Hotel ENTRY E offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. A beautiful hotel. Very beautiful view from the window. I recommend staying here.

The locations was easily reachable by foot from the bus station. The self check in process was clear and simple, and our hosts sent us the instructions well in advance. The apartment was quite clean and had all necessary amenities we needed. There were even some cooking supplies in the kitchenette! As for the bedroom, the bed was quite large and comfortable. Overall, our stay was great.

The setting in a quiet village near Bansko, the mineral pool which was fabulous and the owner Voika who was so kind. The room was basic and the bathroom a little tight but for the amount of time I spent there it didn’t matter too much. The pool is fed by a hot mineral spring so is always hot no matter the season. This is also a restaurant so you can eat heartily there too. Voika has no English so you’ll need to rely on Google translate to communicate.

The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was outstanding.
