Holiday House was large, great bathroom and comfortable bed.
The property is ideally located to visit Green Gables Heritage Place and Avonlea Village, Cavendish Beach and the National Park, and also to drive to other western parts of PEI. There is a Tim Horton coffee shop and mini-supermarket next door, together with a petrol station, and good restaurants nearby (particularly the Lost Anchor just up the road). Staff were also friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place to enjoy a family get together! The vacation home was very clean with everything that you could possibly need. The view was beautiful with the extra bonus of horses in the back yard! The owners were very kind and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Incredible value for the $$ spent. The pool is perfect for children and we enjoyed the fire pit as well.
the villa was gorgeous and very clean
If there was a breakfast we didn’t know about it. Finally found one at Avonlea village-wouldn’t recommend it.
Our best stay in PEI. The pride that the owners take in this unique property is evident throughout; and the owners are excellent innkeepers, combining professionalism with genuine hospitality. Both the breakfast and the dinner (I would recommend eating there at least one night) were outstanding! Don't miss the Greenwich national park and Basin Head provincial park which are two outstanding beaches in the area. The fishing village of North Lake Harbour is also worth checking out as a slightly off the beaten track destination.
Even though we did not do it, these cottages are within easy walking distance of the lovely little village of North Rustico. We had a spacious 2 bedroom cottage, with a large deck, including a bbq. An outdoor swimming pool is on the property. The cottage is well stocked with most anything you might need for a short, or long, stay. The owner was very helpful regarding a couple of little issues we had when we arrived! When we went to Charlottetown for a couple of nights, we were wishing we still had our N. Rustico cottage.
