The apartment boasts stunning views, impeccable cleanliness, and tranquil surroundings with a lake view. Parking is just a two-second walk away, free of charge, and accommodates any number of cars. Inside, blackout curtains, comfortable beds, and relaxing pillows enhance the experience. The two bathrooms feature tropical showers and high-quality cleansing products. It's evident the apartment is designed with meticulous care and attention, offering absolutely everything one could wish for. The presence of Miele and Siemens appliances, including a washer and dryer, dish washer, a top-notch oven, and innovative dish warming feature, elevates convenience. A generous supply of pantry items, spices, tea, coffee, and more was left for us. The sheer abundance of cutlery, dishes, and cookware is unparalleled. It was everything we expected, based on the Booking.com description, and maybe even a bit better. :) The cleanliness was exemplary! I really am quite exacting concerning hygiene — and this place was literally spotless! The whole place smelt of fresh laundry when we walked in — it really doesn’t get any better than that! The water temperature and pressure in the shower are great! Since both my husband & I have long, luxurious hair, this is a crucial point for us. Many holidays have been ruined, alas, because of bad (cold, weak) showers — but not at the ‘Ofenhaus’! Everything works to perfection! The location is really quiet & calm, but the beautiful medieval town of Murten can be reached on foot (via a short walk of 1km). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the ‘Ofenhaus’ again if we happened to stay in the area in the future!

The room was very comfortable, we all slept very well. It was very nice to have use of the garage.
