He was extremely helpful during a snow storm, took us back in and went out of his way to find a car that could take us to the airport, especially where no cabs were operating. Just a 5 minute walk away from the Zhangjiajie’s West Gate. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. I’d say the best thing about this place the manager (Lucas). He was extremely helpful during our two night stay in which we helped us by planning activities, arranging our transfers and buying the entrance tickets in advance. It made our lives much easier. Absolutely recommended!

Zhangjiajie National Forest Camping , a property within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Which is the best location for guests from all over the world to explore the Park . I loved every minute of my stay!! The staff was amazing they gave me all the indications for the least crowded spots and helped me to get the tickets, you can see ALONE an amazing sunset and sunrise nearby because the hotel is inside the park! The food was great, specially the Kung Pao chicken. One of the best meals I had in China. I also met great people there!! Thank you!!
