Located in the centre of Shanghai, OPARTMENT（远东饭店） is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. Super friendly staff, left my souvenirs in the room when checked out, the staffs were kind enough to send them to me via mail the day after. Rooms are super clean and patio is also very spacious and nice, rooftop bar is a vibe! Will go back for sure.

This area is not crowded by tourist. Silent. Good hard bed to sleep. Very fast Internet. Nice wooden simple decoration. Clean, pretty new interior. 6th top floor means no noise from the ceiling. For me good practice, I liked.

Property was very clean, spacious, had cooking amenities and a gas stove. Air-conditioning only in the bedroom, but this didn’t negatively impact us. Washing machine for dirty clothes and towels, and extremely friendly and attentive host. Owned by a friendly old Chinese couple! A true pleasure to have stayed at. Main attractions are about 30-40 minutes away by metro.
