He took us drom the airport, take us shopping. The place was clean and kitchen was well equiped with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, tea, coffee (and maybe more if we were looking for it). Two "rooms" are outside the house in two small cabins, it is pretty cute :) Shower are shared.

The bungalow apartment is new (6 months) very nice and well equipped (fan + AC + kitchen). It’s in a very calm neighborhood in nature. The host is very nice and friendly, he understands English and his wife speaks English. He’s very careful to speak slowly and with easy words if you want to train your Spanish :) Good breakfast with typical galo pinto + eggs and something else that changes + tea or coffee. We enjoyed our stay :)

The water was not working the day we arrived as it was out for the whole neighborhood and they were very prepared with extra water and even offered to heat up water for us to shower with. Great stay!
