Great breakfast and really kind and helpful staff. It's on the west side of the bank not inside the city but it has a more local vibe and is on the side of half of the attractions in Luxor. Situated in Luxor, 1.7 km from Colossi of Memnon, Bedouin Lodge Luxor features accommodation with an open-air bath, free private parking, a garden and a bar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. All made with home-grown vegetables and fruits. Mohammed was a very nice, hospitable man who gave us lots of tips and offers. Also a shout-out to Karim, a very nice young man who took us for a hike along their fields.

Situated just 5.2 km from Colossi of Memnon, Blue Nile House features accommodation in Luxor with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. View of Nile was perfect, staff was nice, helpful and they served us delicious dinner (we paid for that) and breakfast. There is pool abailable. The room was spacious and clean.

Situated within 2.9 km of Colossi of Memnon and 4 km of Medinet Habu Temple, Tasneem Palace features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Luxor. Very friendly people, which will help you with everything, a very quiet and safe area, a beautiful garden with a nice smell, and very cool air thanks to the garden. Traveling to the other site costs 35 cents with the ferry and 2-3 euros with the private motor boat. It's very fast. A private boat only takes like 5 minutes. The ferry is the same, but sometimes you have to wait up to 20 minutes. Would always choose the west bank in Luxor. Much better location and is even cheaper. Clean and friendly area, with no tourist traps, and still so near the center
