Had a room with a view of the beautiful opera house. Staff were really lovely and welcoming and also organised a taxi to the airport for my parents. The room was huge and really clean. Bathroom was great. Good wifi. Perfect for a short stay in Tbilisi.

The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money
