This was my second stay at this property. It is a very nice building and the room is excellent. The king bed is comfortable, the room was very clean, the TV is large, and the shower is excellent. Looked like a truly hotel, very comfortable, clean with towels and bedding with such good smell. Very good location with 15min walk to a zone full of restaurants and bars (zone 10) and to the airport (10min driving).

I can highly recommend this B&B if you are in Guatemala City! It all started with the excellent communication on Booking.com from Sophie, the owner. She is an absolutely wonderful host. Secondly, she even arranged FREE airport pick up which was totally unexpected. The house is a stunning 1930s building with beautiful art close to the pedestrian shopping street and the main square in the old city. The room was huge with very comfortable beds, a walk-in wardrobe and modern bathroom with shower . A delicious breakfast is included as well. I'll definitely go back there on my next trip.
