Das Zimmer war top! Klimaanlage, schöne Terrasse, Küche, super Lage. Wir wären gerne noch 2 Nächte länger geblieben, leider war das Guesthouse schon ausgebucht.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The terrace is absolutely amazing, you could sit and watch the world go by on the lake for days. The breakfast options and coffee are amazing and relatively cheap. The hostel offers a range of tours and shuttles. The rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean and the hostel has a wonderful chilled and relaxed vibe. Could stay for a month.

The accomodation is simple but spacious and clean, free amazing coffee, and here you'll have the feeling to be in a real homestay in a real guatemala village to base yourself for Tikal, instead of being in the Flores tourist bubble.

The flexible check-in made my arrival smooth, and the host’s warmth and hospitality, including offering laundry services and providing local recommendations, made me feel right at home. Located in San Miguel, it’s conveniently close to Flores, accessible via a quick and affordable boat taxi ride for only 10Q. I highly recommend Casa Zoila for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the area.
