Kirkjufell central apartment is located in Grundarfjordur. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful, modern, spacious apartment. It is very well equipped and there was even a supply of basics (oil, pasta, etc) that I assume had been left behind by other renters. There were a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Situato ad Akranes, nella regione dell'Islanda occidentale, l'Icelandic Lake House offre un balcone e la vista sul fiume. We have been travelling in Iceland for 3 weeks and have stayed in some outstanding (plus a couple of not quite outstanding) accommodations. The Lake House is by far our favourite. The view from the conservatory and the deck were exceptional. We decided to take a ‘rest day’ here to just enjoy the view, the peace and the hot pot. It was great having access to coffee, herbs and spices left by the owners to use in our meal prep. Access was very easy with the lockbox. The heating was already on for us which was greatly appreciated. Btw I loved the swans in the pond. 😂

This was one of the most beautiful stays while travelling Iceland. It is set pretty much in the middle of nature and the house was quite big for two people and nicely furnished. The hot tub with naturally hot water was also just an incredible add-on. Would absolutely go there again and also for longer.

We loved this beautifully spacious, well maintained cottage. The kitchen was great. The hot tub was lovey to relax in on our arrival. The owners had it full for us. We would have loved to stay longer.
